I'm a real estate and business management consultant.  With an extensive background in real estate and property management, I can assist you with lease negotiation, commercial property management, real estate contracts, vendor coordination, record keeping, rent collections and/or payments and create or manage an existing real estate portfolio.  Additionally, we coordinate with all city, state, and county officials.
